The Nittoseiko Analytech PD-600 powder measuring system offers a simple and precise measuring method for determining the specific resistance of powders under controlled pressure up to 20 kN. It also enables measurements in the low pressure range from 0,01 kN. The powder measuring system consists of a pressure chamber, special measuring heads and an automatic hydraulic unit. The integrated vacuum pump makes filling the powder into the sample cylinder and then cleaning the measuring probe much easier.

Filling in the sample
The powdery sample is filled into the cylindrical shape of the measuring head unit with the support of an integrated vacuum pump. This pump also ensures good repeatability of the bulk density.


Inserting the measuring unit
A high-precision pressure sensor in conjunction with the innovative measuring probes (4-pin / ring electrode) enables extremely precise measurement results and ensures very good repeatability.
Define pressing pressure
The pressing pressure exerted on the measurement object by the automatic hydraulic pump can be set in advance. Measuring steps are possible in the range from 0,01 to 20 kN.
